CottageCountryReport.ca is an on-line extension of the radio Cottage Country Reports produced by Mike Beeston for Canadian Radio Syndications. (See ON RADIO)

CottageCountryReport.ca has been founded to keep up with demand for easy-access information about community activities in what we know as “Cottage Country” in Ontario.

During the busy season (mid May to Labour Day) the reports will come out weekly as they do on radio.  In the “off” season the reports will be prepared monthly and will be available a few days before the start of the month.

The lists will not include the big commercial events and major urban happenings although some of those with a large measure of community involvement will often have a place. Our advertiser section will happily provide an opportunity for promotion for such events and for Cottage Country destinations and life-style products and services for rural dwellers and visitors.

While we scour a great many web sites and publications for events, we recognize we won’t find them all and we encourage community organizations with little or no budgets to send us information about their events for our consideration.
